Abstract

The current problems related to the pension provision of persons sentenced to deprivation of liberty are analyzed, the features of inclusion in the length of service of periods of work and other activities of prisoners sentenced to deprivation of liberty are determined. Particular attention is paid to the need to amend existing legislation in order to unify the conceptual framework.
