Abstract

The article substantiates the necessity and significance of the adoption in the Russian Federation of measures of state support for participants in civil turnover in the context of the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-2019). The named pandemic is classified as a disease that poses a danger to others, which gave the legislator grounds to consider it as one of the circumstances related to the emergency and as one of the threats to national security. The purpose of such measures, in particular, is to prevent significant damage to the rights and interests of the subjects of property relations regulated by civil law. The analysis of the legislation allows us to argue about the use of the method of civil regulation, which in these conditions finds its application in the coordination method of influence.
