Abstract

The article examines the problem of determining the family legal status of a man participating in the in vitro fertilization program. The author examines the grounds and content, specifics and legal consequences of using this type of assisted reproductive technologies. The conclusion is formulated about the potential expansion of the circle of persons who have parental rights and responsibilities in relation to a child born as a result of the use of these methods.
