Abstract

The algorithm for developing a model and profiles of job competencies of employees of private security is shown. On the basis of personnel management and a competency-based approach, the possibility of their use in the selection, training and psychological and pedagogical support of employees of extra-departmental security was demonstrated. The option for predicting employee success is presented.
