Abstract

This article identifies and analyses the main problems related to the identification and classification of real estate, which lead to a variety of law enforcement difficulties and legal proceedings. The need to establish in the legislation clear criteria for assigning the object to real estate and a single definition of immovable property is justified. Recommendations to improve domestic legislation in the field of legal regulation of real estate have been proposed.
