Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of gaps in the legal regulation of various categories of the population of the Old Russian state. Categories are selected by the author by gender, age characteristics of the individual are taken into account. The article focuses on gaps in the regulation of the legal status of clergy during the difficult period for them to establish Christianity in Russia, and also considers the features of the legal status of the privileged class of feudal lords.
