Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the relationship between credit and personal insurance contracts as related contracts. The relevance of the study is determined, firstly, by the insufficient development of related contracts in domestic science, and secondly, it is determined by legislative innovations that will soon come into force. However, not all participants in the lending market are aware of these changes. Thus, the study has a pronounced practical applicability, and can also serve as a basis for improving legislative regulation.
