Abstract

This article discusses the features of collecting evidence when detecting violations of the rules of entry and stay (residence) of foreign citizens and stateless persons on the territory of the Russian Federation as one of the threats to national security. The article analyzes the most pressing issues related to the identification of evidence of administrative violations committed by foreigners in the field of migration.
