Abstract

The relevance of the study is that it justifies the importance of establishing railway diversion lanes as a tool for the protection and rational use of transport land. The novelty of the presented study lies in the integrated approach to the identification of problems related to the protection and rational use of land in the railway diversion strip. Recommendations on improving domestic legislation in the field of legal regulation of the establishment, protection and rational use of land plots in the railway diversion strip have been proposed and justified.
