"Indemnification for damage": a reasonable necessity or a mistake of the legislator?

The article deals with the problem of expediency of using the concept of "demades for harm" by the legislator. The author points out that the existing discussion about the relationship of concepts in civil law has worsened with the adoption of article 16.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
