Abstract

The article explores the possible areas of application for the diagnostics of the performance of employees of the penitentiary system as a prevention of their corrupt behavior. The author has studied the features and problematic aspects of the diagnosis of system employees, the execution of sentences, as well as highlighted the main components of the diagnosis. The result of the study was the identification of areas of appropriateness of the use of performance diagnostics in the prevention of corrupt behavior of employees of the penal correctional system.
