Abstract

The article presents the main theses of the participants of the interregional scientific and practical conference on the adoption of the Code of administrative procedure of the Russian Federation. The authors have conducted a comparative analysis of the practice of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in considering administrative cases since the beginning of the new legislation on administrative proceedings.
