Abstract

The features of the legal regulation of the provision of grants to socially oriented non-profit organizations in the Tver region are analyzed. The author carried out a comparative analysis of the norms of legislation governing the grant activities of the regional executive bodies of state power, developed proposals to improve the conditions and procedure for the provision of grants.
