Abstract

The article developed and justified proposals for the development of legislation aimed at improving the financial stability of management organizations in the housing sector. The study was carried out with the financial support of the Russian Foundation for basic research in the framework of scientific project № 18-010-00090 "Study of financial and economic aspects of management companies in the field of housing and communal services and development of proposals to improve their financial stability".
