Abstract

The article analyzes the right to recast the creative work from the point of international acts and the national legislation of the Russian Federation. Also the article studies the provisions of the Berne Convention for the protection of literary and artistic works, the judicial practice of the Court of Intellectual Rights of the Russian Federation. As a result of research the author makes the conclusions about the features of law enforcement practice.
