Abstract

The article deals with some aspects of the development of the Eurasian economic Union in relation to the communicative theory of the German philosopher J. Habermas and the practice of the formation of the European Union. The role of the business community in the development of the Customs code of the Eurasian economic Union as a kind of expression of the subject-subject communicative platform in the Eurasian integration is noted.
