Abstract

This article takes a look at questions about intangible benefits like private and public legal phenomenon. Intangible goods are considered as an institution of private law, an institute of public law, as an intersectoral category, an element of the legal system of the Russian Federation, the system of law of the Russian Federation, the branch of law and the legal status of a citizen. It is concluded that the intangible goods of the child are presented as goods that go beyond the limits of private interest, because they relate to both individual and national interests.
