Abstract

The article raises the problem of verbal threats to full constitutional and legal communication in the digital age. From the standpoint of constitutional law, the legal language, as well as the matter of law, has in Russia the place of semantic and terminological localization of the text of the national Constitution. Based on this, the tasks of Russian jurisprudence and professional legal education should be adjusted, the resources of law-making and law enforcement activities should be improved.
