Abstract

Despite significant rates of crimes against life and health and related practices, law enforcers do not have unambiguous answers to all the variety of qualification dilemmas. And the author focuses on the Central issues of this discourse. Among the qualifying problems come to the fore on the specifics of differentiation abandonment in danger (article 125 of the criminal code) from adjacent corpus delicti (articles 124 and 270 of the criminal code), as well as act associated with causing harm to life and health. Significant attention is given to the analysis of the ratio of paragraph «b»of part 2 of article 264 of the criminal code, according to which regulated increased liability for violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles, as well as the previously existing article 265 of the criminal code «Leaving the scene of a traffic accident».
