Abstract

The article presents various options for building financial models of managing organizations in the housing and utilities sector, their comparative characteristics and impact on the completeness of housing services provided. The study was carried out with the financial support of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research in the framework of the research project No. 18-010-00090 “Study of the financial and economic aspects of the activities of management companies in the housing and utilities sector and the development of proposals to improve their financial stability.
