Abstract

The article analyzes some provisions of the bill, which involves improving the mechanism of legal regulation of property relations with the participation of spouses (former spouses). An attempt to project the principles of civil law on the plane of family relations is noted. The author also assesses the prospects of applying the new rules in terms of the balance of interests of spouses (former spouses) in the relations of common property.
