Abstract

This article represents the structure of the Special part of the Criminal Code (Special Section of the Criminal Code) of the RSFSR of 1960, including the comparison of the Soviet Criminal Law of 1960 with the previously existing and modern Criminal Code. The attributes of the structurization of the Special Section of the last Soviet Criminal Code of the RSFSR are shown in the article. The structural elements of the Special Section of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR of 1960 are analysed. The positions of the chapters and the articles of the Special Section of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR of 1960 are described. Also it is attended to the structure of the articles of the Special Section of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, including the purview, penalty and notation. The structures of the elements of crimes used in the Criminal Code of 1960 are evolved at the time of the end of the crime. The system-structural analysis of the conterminous articles of one chapter and different paragraphs of the Special Section of the Criminal Code of 1960.
