Abstract

The article examines the relationship between alimony obligations, inheritance and bankruptcy of persons related to kinship and in law relation. It is concluded that alimony obligations include alimony, arrears of alimony and arrears of forfeit, as separate legal categories; they are presented in the form of property obligations, and at the same time, benefits, benefit - burdens and differ in the legal regime. It is substantiated that alimony obligations in the form of alimony debt and arrears of forfeit are part of the inheritance and may become the basis for the bankruptcy of a citizen. It is proposed to amend the legislation regarding the designation of these family and civil law categories and their legal regime.
