Abstract

The article is devoted to a comparative analysis of the legal regulation of certain aspects of the civil process of the second half of the 19th and the beginning of the 21st centuries using the example of the Charter of Civil Procedure of November 20, 1864 and the Code of Civil Procedure of November 14, 2002.
