Abstract

The paper is aimed at presentation of social danger as the main material foundation for the criminalization of acts. The importance of social danger for establishing criminal prohibitions substantially justified. The proposed special system of features revealing the content of a non-criminalized socially dangerous act of a sane person attained the age of criminal discretion can be taken into account when making legislative decisions, as well as for further research in the field of the above-mentioned theme.
