Abstract

The article repots the problems of legal regulation and court examination of cases of placing minor delinquents in special institutions. The article analyzes the legal nature of these cases, the subject and the basic principles of legal proceedings in this category of cases. It is proposed to classify cases of placing minor delinquents in special institutions as administrative cases examined by the courts in order of judicial control over the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms, the rights of organizations implementing the certain administrative power requirements to individuals and organizations, and include them into the subject of regulation of the Code of administrative proceedings of the Russian Federation.
