Abstract

One of the actual problem is investigated - the importance of intra-branch relations of civil law standards in civil law institutions. The conclusion that intra-branch relations provide unity of civil law norms within each of their civil-law institutions is argued. The article identifies the factors that ensure intra-industry interrelations of civil law standards in civil law institutions.
