Abstract

The article reveals the notion of the citizens' right to a favorable environment, analyzes the criteria for the favorable environment. The issues of judicial protection of the citizens' right to a favorable environment under the appeals of prosecutors are considered, as exemplified by the activities of the Volga Interregional Environmental Prosecutor's Office.
