Abstract

The author analyzes the resonant bills on regulating family relations from the point of view of ensuring a balance of interest in strengthening the family and preserving traditional family values. For the first time in the science of family law, the problem of expressing public interest by the author of the draft law on the establishment of normative prescriptions in the sphere of realizing the private interests of subjects of family relations is demonstrated.
