Abstract

The article deals with the problems of correlation of the right of ownership to a dwelling and the right to use the dwelling by members of the owner's family, the rights of the family members of the owner are differentiated on the grounds of their origin and the scope of authority, the specificity of the legal status of juvenile members of the owner's family by reference of features of the origin and termination of their rights for use on a dwelling. The authors analyzed the legal significance of registering a juvenile at place of residence of one of the parents in case of istrangement in divorce. In addition, the judicial practice on the indicated problem was investigated.
