Abstract

The work contains a brief historical review of the Soviet legislation on guardianship and guardianship and its comparison with the laws of prerevolutionary and modern Russia. The author comes to the conclusion that the family-legal regulation of guardianship and trusteeship is interdisciplinary, and also about its qualitative change.
