Abstract

In the light of entry from 1 January 2018 into force of the Customs code of the Eurasian economic Union, the author examines the changes that have affected legal entities carrying out activity in customs Affairs. Special attention is given to the order of the customs control exercised over legal persons already included in the relevant registers. It also analyzes the practice of violations by the customs representative, owner of temporary storage warehouse and the owner of a duty free shop.
