Abstract

The article is devoted to revealing the peculiarity of the implementation of the functional principles of civil procedural law in simplified production: oral, written, dispositive, and adversarial. The author concludes that despite the seeming simplicity and potential of simplified production, in some cases its procedural features become the cause of great difficulties for its participants, and an obstacle in achieving the truth.
