Abstract

The article is devoted to problems of protection of the rights of the victim at the pre-trial and judicial stages of criminal proceedings. Particular attention is paid to the problem of protecting the interests of the said subject of the criminal process in cases where a pre-trial cooperation agreement is concluded with the accused. The article explores various scientific positions on this issue, and a number of proposals are made to change the criminal procedural legislation.
