Abstract

In this article, the author analyzes the practice of applying the law of the Tver region No. 75-ZO of 07.12.2011. "On the free provision of citizens with three or more children, land in the territory of the Tver region," reveals the reasons and circumstances, including legal ones, that complicate the implementation of this law.
