Abstract

Key matters of legalization of social entrepreneurship in the US and Germany are studied. The process of non-state certification are analyzed, as a result of which the social enterprise is given the status of a "B corporation". Such forms of social entrepreneurs as a low-profit limited liability company, a benefit corporation existing in the USA, and non-profit limited companies existing in Germany are assessed.
