Abstract

The article examines individual forms of participation that have legal significance in the commission of such entities, as well as to determine the place in litigations about challenging transactions. The connection of the provisions of Chapter 5 with paragraphs 2 of Chapter 9 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation is substantiated.
