Abstract

The problem of correlation of intra-branch relations of civil law and sectoral consistency is investigated. Various approaches to the definition of the concept of “civil law system” are considered, on the basis of which the significance of intra-industry relations for the formation of a coherent and unified civil law system is analyzed.
