Abstract

The article presents a comparative legal characteristic of the institution of divorce in court, provided by family law and the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. The author draws Parallels due to the history of family law development in the post-Soviet space, notes the specifics of the embodiment of public interest in the regulation of relations on divorce in court.
