Abstract

In the article studies the problematic issues related to the application of notes to the articles of the criminal code on bribery, mediation in bribery, petty bribery, commercial bribery and petty commercial bribery on exemption from criminal liability of persons who committed these crimes in the presence of the conditions provided for in the law are considered. The procedural form of application of these notes is analyzed.
