Abstract

The concept and types of arbitration costs are considered, the ratio of fees, additional costs and costs of the parties in resolving disputes at the ICAC at the CCI RF is determined, the distribution of arbitration costs between the parties is investigated, a comparative analysis of internal documents of the ICAC at the CCI RF governing the issues of content and distribution of arbitration costs is conducted.
