Abstract

In this article an author examines a new preventive measure, which was implemented into the Criminal Procedural Law codex of Russian Federation such as restriction of certain actions. Different points of view on this question are analyzed including those existed before adoption of statute concerning changes in Criminal Procedural Law codex of Russian Federation. Capability and practical application are examined with reference to meaning juvenile suspects and offenders. A positive grade for this new law is given. Nevertheless, author finds out that given law may be revised by adding a possibility of combining this measure with another preventive measure such as supervision of minors.
