Abstract

The article presents and substantiates a new theory of family law for the abuse of one’s parents’s interest in the actual and formal denial of parental rights. The author also marks the problem of the legal consequences of the refusal to exercise parental rights, including from the point of view of the principle of the priority right of parents to raise their children before all other persons.
