Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of contractual relations in the sphere of subsoil use in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia, starting from the Soviet period to the present. A comparative analysis of the legislation norms is conducted to identify the legal nature of the contracts derivated for the purposes of subsoil use. The ratio of the license and licensing agreement, and other permits are revealed.
