Abstract

The article discusses the bankruptcy of married citizens, analyzes the positions of scientists on the possibility and feasibility of the existence of joint bankruptcy of spouses-debtors, investigated the law enforcement practice of various subjects of the Russian Federation, as well as proposals to improve the current legislation.
