Abstract

On the basis of analysis of the Federal Weapons Law now in force, the modern tendencies of its development are criticized. At the same time, the propositions are made concerning the ways of correcting the identified flaws, and the concept of development and perfection of the weapons legislation, that considers the specifics of the current legal position of this object, is formed.
