The concept and types of procedural deadlines are considered, the duration of resolution of civil disputes at the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation is defined, the procedure for establishing the procedural deadlines and cases of their extension are investigated.
