Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of countering extremist activities in the Russian Federation, the grounds for exemption from criminal liability. The article discusses various approaches to understanding the nature of the notes to Art. 2823 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, analyzed the necessary conditions for the release of the person who financed extremist activities from criminal liability.
