Abstract

The article discusses the provisions of Ch. 14.1. Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, providing for the introduction into the civil process of such methods of dispute resolution as conciliation procedures and the settlement agreement. The author considers the theoretical correlation of these concepts, and also touches upon the questions of applying the considered novels in practice.
