Abstract

The article outlines some legal consequences of parents ' improper performance of their rights and obligations in respect of minors and adult disabled children arising in the sphere of inheritance relations. The author also emphasizes the legal consequences of evasion from participation in the additional costs for the child as the basis of appropriate restrictions in the implementation of inheritance rights.
